CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT?

You may place an order on www.lublue.shop without creating a customer account by using the guest checkout option. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Save and manage your shipping and billing information
  • View order history and past purchases
  • Track shipments from your account dashboard

Creating an account is free and optional.

THE ITEM IN MY CART IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHAT CAN I DO?

All products offered by LuBlue are produced in limited quantities. Items placed in your cart are not reserved and remain available for purchase by others until your checkout is completed. If the item becomes unavailable before your order is placed, we encourage you to sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page. If and when the item is restocked, you will receive an email alert giving you the opportunity to purchase it.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request provided the order has not yet shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

IN WHAT CURRENCY WILL I FINALLY PAY?

All prices on our website are displayed in the local currency relevant to your region. However, final payments are processed in USD. As a result, your final charged amount may differ slightly based on real-time currency conversion and your bank’s exchange rate policy.

HOW CAN I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will contain your order details, payment summary, and shipping information.
