Refund policy

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes

Customers may initiate a return for any eligible item purchased from LuBlue within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the product is confirmed as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition;

  2. All original tags, labels, seals, and protective packaging must be intact;

  3. The item must be free of odors, stains, or any signs of wear or alteration.

Items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

2. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

The following categories of merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective upon receipt or otherwise required by law:

  1. Customized or personalized items

  2. Undergarments and swimwear

  3. Personal care items (e.g., beauty, skincare)

  4. Gift cards and final sale items (where clearly marked)

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within three (3) business days of delivery at hello@lublue.shop. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We will investigate promptly and provide a resolution in accordance with applicable law.

4. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the preferred item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within five (5) business days whether your return was approved. If approved:

  1. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs (unless return is due to error or defect).

  2. Refunds typically appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Important: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are not available. Instead, store credit in the form of reward points will be issued to your customer account.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. You will receive a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the item within 7 calendar days of receiving your return label.

Please Note:
Returns not initiated via official request, or items sent back without prior authorization, will not be accepted.

7. Additional Disclosures (Required by Florida Law)

In accordance with Fla. Stat. § 501.142, this refund policy is clearly posted on our website and accessible prior to purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from placing an order.
