General Provisions
This Public Offer applies to all products and services presented on the website www.lublue.shop (the “Site”) operated by LuBlue LLC (the “Seller”), as long as such items and services are available in the online catalog and described accordingly.
This Offer is deemed accepted by the Buyer at the moment the Buyer places an order through the Site, including but not limited to submitting information and confirming purchase details on the checkout page. By doing so, the Buyer enters into a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) with the Seller, in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Florida and the United States of America.
This Agreement is considered a standard form (adhesion) contract and does not allow for individual negotiation of terms. By proceeding with the checkout process, the Buyer accepts the Agreement without any exceptions or modifications.
Buyers may place orders through the online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled maintenance or temporary technical interruptions.

Subject of the Agreement
Under this Agreement, the Seller agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase, the Goods listed on the Site in accordance with the prices and terms displayed on the corresponding product pages.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms their full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer, including any provisions related to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
A retail sales contract is considered concluded when the Seller issues a payment confirmation to the Buyer — such as a digital invoice, receipt, or email confirmation — indicating that payment has been successfully received.
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the Seller may engage third parties (such as logistics providers or fulfillment partners) to fulfill the Agreement, while the Seller remains fully responsible for its execution.

Order Placement and Customer Conduct
Orders on the Site are placed directly by the Buyer. Registration is not required, but the Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account if they choose to create one.
Communication between the Buyer and LuBlue representatives must reflect mutual respect and basic standards of professionalism. Abusive, obscene, threatening, or harassing language toward our team—regardless of the medium—will not be tolerated and may result in order cancellation or denial of service.

LuBlue ships orders worldwide via trusted third-party logistics providers. Some countries or territories may have delivery restrictions based on local laws, import regulations, or international sanctions. In such cases, the Buyer will be notified, and if delivery proves impossible, the order will be canceled and refunded in full within 10 business days, using the original payment method.
Shipping Costs and Duties
For customers outside the United States, international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) where possible. This means shipping costs include import taxes and duties in the destination country. Buyers will not need to pay additional customs fees upon receipt in most jurisdictions. However, in some regions, duties or VAT may still be payable by the Buyer depending on local laws.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and selected delivery method.
Delivery Timelines and Responsibility
We do our best to meet expected delivery timelines; however, LuBlue is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g. customs holds, weather conditions, carrier delays).
Orders are delivered to the individual named on the order or to another person who can confirm the order details (e.g. full name or order number). Once an order is marked as delivered and accepted, all risk of loss or damage transfers to the Buyer.
Delivery Confirmation and Inspection
When receiving a delivery—whether via courier or postal service—the Buyer (or recipient) must inspect the package before accepting it. If any visible damage, discrepancies, or missing items are discovered, the recipient must:

Photograph the damaged product or packaging,

Request that the courier signs an acknowledgment or provides an official discrepancy report.
Claims regarding shipping damage or fulfillment errors must be made immediately upon delivery. If such claims are not recorded at the time of delivery, LuBlue may consider the order fully and properly fulfilled.
Returns Due to Delivery Issues
If a return is initiated due to damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment, the Buyer must include the following with the returned package:

All prices on our website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), Euros (EUR), U.S. Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), or other available currencies depending on your location and selection at checkout. Prices include VAT, import duties, and local taxes where applicable, based on the shipping destination.
Payments must be made in full to the accounts and payment gateways specified by LuBlue at the time of checkout.

Return & Exchange Window
